Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Sangaria district Hanumangarh (Raj.) was sanctioned in 1994 but actually started in 1998 after recruitment of technical staff and it was kept under the administrative control of Gramotthan Vidyapeeth, Sangaria. Gramotthan Vidyapeeth is one of the largest and the most prestigious institute of North India. It is located about 26 kms away from district head quarter on Bhagatpura road on North-West Direction and tri junction of Rajasthan, Punjab and Haryana. Krishi Vigyan Kendra Sangaria is a grass root level Institutional project under auspices of the Indian Council of Agriculture Research, New Delhi.

Krishi Vigyan Kendra has 16 Staff out of which one Senior Scientist & Head, Six Subject Matter Specialist in different discipline (Crop Production, Plant Protection, Horticulture, Extension Education, Home Science, Animal Science), Three Programme Assistant (Computer, Farm manager & Training), one Assistant, one Stenographer,  Two Drivers (Jeep and Tractor) and Two Supporting staff members. Six contractual labour working in farm, Nursery, Dairy and Other Demonstration units. Krishi Vigyan Kendra has 20 ha. Irrigated Agriculture land in which 20 live demonstration units are working, seed production is main focus on different crops, The Krishi Vigyan Kendra has one Administrative Building, six staff quarters, Technology unit, farm protected barbed wise fencing, Threshing floor, Seed processing unit with godown, the details of live demonstration unit as listed.
